Bump after wisdom tooth extraction

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi, I had upper left side tooth extraction on 16th December but little bit infection was there Afterthat I have realized 2 weeks ago little pain full bump in extraction area. I am really worried. Please also check my xray which has taken only 5 days back which had taken for my sinus pain.& also bump is disappear when wake up in morning but after touch that area again it's come. Please suggest
