Hi I understand you are feeling upset about being bullied. You want to protect yourself and be strong. I know it is not easy to be bullied. You can however develop strength to not bother about other peoples attitude towards you. You can work on being your own person. You can also work on self-appreciation and self-care.

Hello.. one point I want to mention here that you have control over your thoughts, action and words but have no control over thought, action and words of others. So try to change your perception first , don't let anyone else hurt you. In case of bullying try to take a stand for yourself and complain to the concerned person or authorities.

We can't, but rather we can develop strength to stand up for ourselves when someone's trying to bully us. Hatred, sadness, jealous are normal human emotions, we don't need to protect ourselves, we just need to learn to accept them and moderate them. If we're at the receiving end of it from other person then we need to respond. Taking action relieves the tension that's build up in the mind.

It is best in this situation to understand that some things are out of our control and not to let others determine who you are as a person. Bullying usually consists of people targeting your insecurities. Don’t let anyone make you doubt yourself or reduce your confidence. Make sure to report to correct officials of the matter is unlawful.
