Bulky overy as per sonography

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My wife sonography report shows below details Is it concerning for future pregnancy , what does that mean . "Bilateral ovary appears mildly bulky in size and shows peripherally arranged subcentemetric sized follicles with central echogenic stroma-s/o changes of polycystic ovarian morphology.No e/o adnexal mass lesion noted."
