Bulky ovaries with small follicles
I had irregular periods from the beginning. Recently started homeopathic treatment and was asked for sonography report. Report shows that both my ovaries are bulky and contain multiple small follicles. Right ovary measures3.5 cm *1.3cm and left ovary measures 3.5 cm* 1.9cm. Please suggest if surgery required or homeopathic treatment will be good enough. I would like to add that the periods are now regular since I started homeopathic medicine i.e; from last one month.

Continue homeopathic treatment if u r having regular menses.no need of surgery right now.criteria for surgery are totally different.
