I had done USG abdomen and pelvis as I was suffering from severe abdominal pain. My sonography reports says both the overies are buly and shows multiple peripherally arranged tiney follicles with central echogenic stroma.
Does this indicates PCOD ? Whom should I consult in this case.
Please help.
