Buldge and yellowish patch
A yellowish patch with very slight buldge seen in my wife's eye. Looks raised. Earlier we had consulted for yellowish colours in eyes to eye specialist however it was confirmed just a deficiency and nothing to worry. Is it of any concern?

Hi this is jotting but pingecula. It happens due to changes in the outer layer of eye called conjunctivitis.common causes are some deficiencies, and or damage to the layer due to dryness ans sunlight. It is not dangerous at all. It's best to use lubricant eye drops and wear sun glasses when ever outdoors. It sometimes may increase in size. Keep in touch with your treating eye surgeon
Next Steps
Have regular check ups with your treating eye surgeon
