Bug bite caused swollen eyes

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Hi, My brother and I played badminton next to a pretty bad area. Realized there are several bite marks similar to mosquitoes on his leg and back neck. There are also red rashes throughout and swollen eye lids. Should we wait this out, or is there a generic medicine that helps?
