Brush after cesarian delivery
Should we not use toothbrush after cesarian delivery.
It's been a month I m only doing manjan ad my family asked me not to use brush.
Is there any specific guidelines for taking oral care post delivery.

Nothing specific. These are just myths that teeth become loose after delivery. Kindly brush well and maintain good oral hygiene.
Manjan is rough. It damages teeth. Stop using manjan.
