Brownish darkness around mouth
Since 4-5 months the area around my mouth i.e the area below lower lip and above the chin and the area below the nose and sides of the mouth where mustache comes (the outline of mustache area) is brownish dark.I also feel a burn feeling sometimes in this area but not continuously. And the area just below the nose is dark reddish. but from a distance it looks dark. Please help.
