I am 32 years married, no kid. I have pcod. I am getting spotted brown discharge a week before period. Is it normal?
I am Working in IT and have sedentary lifestyle And taking ayurvedic medicine ( shatavari) for pcod + bp medicine telma 20+ migraine medicine( topaz 20, indernal 40, ) + remylin.

Needs to be investigated n treated
