Brown spots on all over my body

Asked for Female, 21 Years

There are brown coloured spots all over my arms,stomach, back and now they are also increasing over thighs and legs.But are not irritable.So please tell me what is the reason of these spots and how to stop them of spreading and how to remove them permanently.
