Brown spot on my shoulder
I found this brown spot on my shoulder. I just wanted to make sure that this is not a cause for concern. The area is absolutely flat, and you wouldn't know there is a spot there if you were just touching it and not looking at it. Attaching a photo of that and also a similar spot i have on my stomach (completely flat, wouldn't know it was there if you didn't see it). Please let me know what these spots are and if they are okay, thank you.
P.s. The area is a bit red because I itched it a bit, it is otherwise not itchier than normal skin.

It looks like a post traumatic hyperpigmentation and slight scar.
