Brown period blood
I experienced some brown discharge and then nothing - no flow, just spotting. I was already 5-6 days late on my period. Checked for pregnancy on a urine test, and a blood test. Urine test showed a single line and the blood test showed <2.3 HCG. From the day after this spotting incident, I did start experiencing increased flow - enough to fill a pad. But it was all dark brown discharge. Even now on my second day (technically) of periods the blood is still fairly brown - very different from my usual bright red. Plus, this time I had no tenderness in the breasts or abdominal cramps which is usually always the case. Is there something to be worried about?

Hello. Beta HCG is negative for pregnancy. Kindly repeat it after 3 days. That should be conclusive.
