Brown patch in arm pit

Hi, I started noticing a circular brown patch in my right arm pit and it is about 5cm in diameter from last 4 months it is not growing big and I have no loss of sensation or itching at that point. Curious what it could be.

It could be either Erythrasma or pityriasis versicolor . Trim your hair and use antifungal powder after bath daily. Wear loose fitting clothes and avoid deodorants. If it persists then Consult dermatologist for better management.
