Brown discharge in week 6 of pregnancy

Today morning I observed brown discharge. It's the first time I'm observing this discharge after conceiving. Please tell me if this is something serious??

Please reach your doctor immediately. It might me nothing. But it needs to be checked and your doctor will put u on some meds. After that be on bed rest
