Brown Acne marks forehead

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I've lot of brown coloured acne marks on my forehead. I've started using no marks cream for that. I've apply Patanjali Aloe Vera Gel every night. Few of my friends have recommended to consult Dr. Parasramani in Lilavati and ask for Microdermabrasion or Salicylic Peel and it'll be gone. So I just want to check that it really does air a difference or not. I'm getting engaged in Feb so I wanna get rid of these marks.

Hello....... With the usage of antimark cream marks disappear but marks mat reappear after discontinuation of cream... Don't puncture pimple, it leads to dark spots.. If you are considering chemical peeling consukt dermatologist.. Wash your face twice daily...
