Breathing problem. Unable to take breath. Weakness. Heavy coughs and sinus problem. In xray showed bronchitis.

PFT should  be done.If it shows reversibility.ICS+laba should be used.For sinus problem allergic rhinitis steroid nasal spray is the specific treatment,
