Is this permanent or reversible if caught in early stages? How is it going to affect my life in the long run? I am just 27 and this got diagnosed. I understand i need to take more precautions and also be under medications for excaberations, but did this happened cause I delayed my chest imaging for a month and hence this happened? I was scared of cancer and as a result i kept on delaying the scans for 2-3 weeks. I regret that. How serious is this disease and if it is due to infective cause, after treatment is it reversible?
Can I go to gym? And what vaccinations should I take annually!
