As per your history, it is an attempted extraction case and it is broken tooth also. I suggest you should go for x-ray before going for any further treatment. Either go for rounding off the sharp edge or may be filling of the broken tooth.

Hello good morning as suggested kindly go for the surgical extraction it will take a while for the procedure but eventually you will get rid of the pain
It is not clear from your query whether the tooth that was being extracted got broken or while extracting that tooth, the adjacent molar got broken..... in either case, the treatment will differ..... please elaborate for a better response.....
