Hi, I met an accident nearly about 10 years back and my little finger got fractured but as that time I couldn't understand that it is broken and no plaster was applied. Eventually over the time it itself got fixed. But now when ever it goes through any strain it hurts a lot and also from some days it is hurting a lot. Is there a solution by surgery ? If yes I am willing to have a but my concern is will it get fixed and won't hurt any more ? As I play Tennis I want it to be fixed and pain free.
Any suggestions are welcome.

Immobilization: an extended period of immobilization of the tip of your finger. A splint is typically worn full time for at least 8 weeks until the tendon has healed.
. Early Motion Exercises: Once your tendon has gained enough strength, you will begin to move the tip of your finger.
