Broken collarbone
I broke my collarbone six days ago. Went to one follow up which was supposed to be with a specialist but instead i just talked to a nurse, filled out paperwork and they made another appointment. Which i cant go to because Im moving to another state for work. So what can i do between now and when i get to Oklahoma to minimize the damage. They just gave me a couple Percosets and sent me home.

U need to give rest to ur shoulder of that side. So that there is no movement of collarbone. Use shoulder sling for that.... U will get that in nearby medical stores... If its painful use ice.
