Broad ligament fibroid in abdomen
After lot of tests such as CECT, MRI, x-ray, blood sample tests. It was diagnosed as broad ligament fibroid and its very mobile. My fibroid is of 17x22x25 cm. I had also done latest tests of cancer total it was 7 tests and only 1 tests that is CA 125 is high around 2000. Some other tests are also done. Fluid collection from belly and lungs. But even though CA 125 is high my period s are normal and on time. I haven't face any such issues in periods yet, I have cramps 1st , 2days of my cycle. But rest I don't have other symtoms, no digestion issues infact I feel hungry more. So is that possible CA 125 is justified to detect an ovarian cancer?

Ca 125 of such a high level suggests ovarian cancer
But if mri and other tests suggest it's a broad ligament fibroid, then maybe it is
It's better to get an exploratory laparotomy done
