Bring HbA1c readings under control
I am on Lantus 6/14 units, Metformin 500mg & Sitagliptin 50mg twice a day. My Random sugar is around 150 & fasting around 90. Do physical workout 6 days a week. But my HbA1c reading is 9. The readings didn't change much even after six months even after strict control diet. Any change in medicine is required. Request advice.

Your fasting and PP readings do not match with your HbA1C. Either the HbA1C report is wrong or your sugar readings are wrong. Get all these retested from some reliable lab.
