Bright Red Blood spot on stool surface
From the last 2-3 days, there is bright red blood spot on the surface of the stool. I sit for long hours. The water intake is around 3 lts per day. Normal diet of Roti, Vegetable , Rice and Lentils. Nothing spicy. Family history: Father has hemorrhoids problems. Please do let me know what should I do.

In order to manage this u will require to change ur daily routine, by eating more of fiberous food, drink good amount of water, exercise daily, avoid oily, spicy and junk foods. Hi it’s either piles( mild) or an anal fissure. In either case all you need to do is avoid straining at stool, drink 2.5 L water a day, eat a lot of fibre like cucumber and beetroot. Take isabgol husks 2 tsp in water once a day
