Breech Presentation at 35 weeks pregnant
Hello Sir / Madam, My wife is 35 weeks pregnant and had done USG scan report is as follows: Presentation - Breech Placenta- Posterior Liquor- Adequate Amniotic fluid index=13.4 Umbilical cord- No Cord Around the Neck Fetal activity present Cardiac activity present Fetal heart rate- 134 bmp Fetal weight = 2731 +/- 273.1 gms our OB said as fetal presentation is breech at this stage we must do planned C- section. My question is does fetal turn to cephalic and normal delivery possible

At  35 weeks  baby can rotate.You should wait till 37 weeks but also depends on which type of breech.Because in some cases normal delivery is not possible at all.So wait and get done ultrasonography for position.
