I have difficulty breathing, especially early morning when I wake up or if I do even slight quick movements like climbing stairs or moving around at home or office. Forget about running, I have problems breathing even if I walk briskly. I cough too.
I have been taking rotahaler with aerocort capsule for several years. Earlier I would take it occasionally (2-3 times in a month), but these days I have to take at least once every day.

This looks like asthma.. aerocort is short time acting medicine.. you need longer acting...
Start using seroflo 250 twice a day.. remember to use it even when you are normal.. this would make you better.. continue for atleast 2 years before you stop it
