ESR IS RAISED DUE TO CHRONIC ILLNESS. ADVISE X RAY CHEST P-A VIEW DIGITAL. URIC ACID LEVEL IN BLOOD R A TEST. TREATMENT TABLET UNICARBAZONE FORTE TWO-TIMES A DAY FOR 21 DAYS IN A MONTH FOR THREE CONSECUTIVE MONTHS. DUONASE NASAL SPRAY THREE TIMES A DAY FOR FIFTEEN TO TWENTY DAYS OR MAY BE PROLONGED. TABLET HIFENAC MR TWO-TIMES A DAY FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS CAN BE REDUCED TO ONCE IF PAIN DECREASES. TABLET RABIPRAZOLE D BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS. O.K, BYE.
