Breathing with gur like virbration

Doctor, why my baby's breath is mucousy and when i keep my hand on her cheat i can sense vibration on her chest with some sort of gur like sound.she is in 5th of her life.please help!

Babys can get recurrent cold as their air away is still developing. Whenever there is partial nose block it causes sound which can be sensed in the chest. Most of the times it's just referred vibrations from blocked nose
