Hi Mam. There are many causes for oxygen dependence in New born. Since the baby is preterm she may be having surfactant deficiency initially and may be having super added infection now. How is the chest x-ray? Also I need to know many other things and see the baby before I can suggest any treatment. Cannot be done over SMS
