Hi, often water comes from nose and i could not feel any smell promptly. I can only feel hard smell. Often i have to breathe through mouth. Please suggest the reason for these and what would b treatment for this problem.

TX â Mild Intermittent: < or = 2 / wk, FEV1 > 80% â Albuterol PRN. Mild Persistent: > 2 / wk, FEV1 > 80% â Albuterol PRN, Fluticasone INH, Montelukast 10mg QPM. Moderate Persistent: QD Sx, ER Visit, PEF 60-80 â Advair (Fluticasone/Salmeterol), Montelukast .10mg QPM Severe Persistent: Nocturnal Sx, PEF < 60 â High Dose Advair, Oral Steroids.
