Over the past 3 months, I have developed breathing issues that is not acute but is irritating. I feel breathlessness while speaking out long sentences and while eating food. Exposure to pollution also brings back symptoms of breathlessness and I'm forced to take deep breaths.

Your symptoms may suggest post viral bronchitis, which typically lasts for months after you suffer a viral infection.. but yes it could still be start of asthma.. consult a pulmonologist
