Breathing problem
My mother is of 75 years. She has breathing issues due to water fluid in chest. And also she gets a high frequency rate breathing when she walks or talks. We have done all tests of city scan , tb , blood reports. Conclusion was lungs are weak and excess water in chest.How can this be cured? What medicines will you suggest?
