My father is having breathing problem when he do some hard work. Allday 24x7 he has cough congestion problem and getting weaker day by day. with which speciality doctor i should take my father to for treatment.

You she see a pulmonologist..is he a smoker? as per history told by you he probably has COPD. Get his spirometry and Chest X ray done.
