pains in left chest area are usually gastritis or heart aches. if you have breathing difficulty as well please visit the nearest ER. try using antacids to relieve gastritis.

Next Steps

make sure you dont skip meals. avoid smoking and drinking. reduce spicy food. drink plenty of water everyday. get enough sleep. include more fibres in your diet.
