I have taken CT SCAN it showing has DNS with a tiny spur to the left side with associated concha bullosa of the right middle turbinate and MUCOSAL THICKENING BILATERAL MAXILLARY SINUSES. What is the problem how can it be cured by medication or surgery plz do suggest......

If your symptoms include only nasal obstruction without sneezing, watering from nose or itching then deviated nasal septum with spur is the cause and needs to be operated. If you have symptoms of sneezing and watering then you need treatment for allergy
