Ct scan of nose
I face breathing issues from nose due to , ct scan of nose reveals- 1.)MILD MUCOSAL THICKENING IN BILATERAL MAXILLARY SINUSES 2.)NASAL SEPTUM DEVIATED TOWARDS LEFT SIDE AND SPUR FORMATION ON RIGHT SIDE 3. NASOPHARYNGEAL TONSIL ENLARGED.. DOCTOR HAS PRECRIBED ME FLUTICONE FT NASAL SPRAY. WHAT SHOULD BE DONE??

Continue the spray  ,if it causes shrinking of adenoid( nasopharyngeal tonsil),it's one cause of nasal obstruction.DNS is another cause. post the picture of CT scan. if DNS is obstructing nasal cavity it needs to be corrected  especially if you have headache, recurrent episodes of Sinusitis, bleeding nose,ear problems

Yes continue with the sray. Your symptoms will subside for sometime but Nasal septum and spur correction  is needed.

Yes you need to continue Fluticasone FT Nasal Spray. This will reduce the mucosal thickening. The DNS and Spur will require operation. The spray should be taken with your head leaning forward. 2 puffs in each nostril for 10 days then once a day for next 10 days.
Next Steps
Also do breathing exercises like alternate nostril breathing and Brahmari pranayama
