Breathing problem
I am having breathing problem from last few days like every winter. i need to take deep breaths otherwise i feel suffocated. last year i consulted a doctor and he said my lungs are fine and my breathing problem was probably because of some kind of anxiety. also my throat and toungue is becoming very dry. what to do?

Hello there. Since your lungs are fine as said by your doctor. I would suggest you take tab. Levocetrizine and montelukast combination in the night for 3 days. If it still persists, then you will need further evaluation by a pulmonologist. Regards
