Breathing problem
I am a thyroid patient(hypo) n under medication(100 MG thyronorm) from last 5 years n regularly ll check my thyroid level for 3 months/6 months n within normal range only.But still I face breathing problem specially morning after waking up.not possible to do kitchen n normal home work due to breathing.i feel that I am not getting enough oxygen n that makes me more anxious n get feeling like in room/home also shortness of breath.if I go out den feel comfortable after some time.is it because of thyroid/stress causing this feeling of breathlessness.pls advice.how to get rid of this breathing problem

Your thyroid functions are normal it means that breathlessness is related with other causes. We need to investigate further to find out the exact cause of it.

You said that your Thyroid profile is normal. Your feeling of shortness of breath should be due to either some problem in the lungs, or heart, or it could be sheer anxiety. If you have pulse oximeter you can test yourself 3-4 times per day. If it is genuinely low, you should consult a Cardiologist or Respiratory Medicine specialist. With the reports you may have follow up from a General Physician on Practo.

Stress and thyroid can cause breathlessness, but it is not the only cause too. So better to consult a physician in person to rule out other causes of breathlessness and ce to a reasonable diagnosis.
