Breathing problem
For the last 5 days I am not taking food and not drinking water,will this leads to low oxygen content in the body.As I am finding difficultly in breathing and needs fresh air. Will not eating and not drinking water leads to breathing difficulties?

I don't understand why you are not taking food and water that too for 5days.. it will definitely show changes in your body like  may be low BP weekness, lathargy, low sugar, breathlessness, dehydration , giddiness etc etc.. and severe gastritis also
