Breathing problem and cant sleep prply.
6days back in woke up and could not breath properly because at the night a rat ran across my hand & woke up suddenly and the next day i could not breath properly next day didnt feel eating and when i eat at the evening i feel suffocated and could not breath properly, my body started becoming cold i was feeling uneasy, i was soon taken to a doctor he just que my problem and recomended me some medication with a injection and i came back and since then am not able to feel ok its like someghing is chocking my throat and i am not able to breath properly. I also had a sleeping pil 3 days so that i can feel better but the choacked is still there am not able to get fresh air its feel like suffocated and not feeling well can u pls tell me what is it. Note also had mild fever 3 weeks back but i got well after having medicine.

Hi It seems like anxiety. Still for screening, take a chest xray and review your Pulmonologist
