Asked for Male, 32 Years

Having breathing problem and my sgpt test result is 87 and sgot is 49. When I eat I feel like something is stuck in between the middle of my chest. All time I have uncomfortable breathing experience and at the same time I feel sweating over my palm and forehead. Please suggest.
