Breathing issue anxiety issue
Hello, Recently recovered from COVID around month back..home isolated. Mild symptoms present. Double Vaccinated 2nd dosage was taken in feb end. During covid mild fever between 99-100 ,loss of smell and taste. Spo298-99.post covid weeakness present. Now from past 5-7 days severe gastritis present burning sensation in nose which some time feel like breathing difficulty and i have to breathe from mouth..i am obese when i bend forward i feel difficulty in breathing and sometime when lying down. HRbtw 77-97.I am doing regular exercise and yoga post exercises no difficulty faced.after 3 min of step test Heart rate comes to normal within minute..i observe some breathing difficulty in neck forward bending trapezius muscles are verry tight .upper back pain ..BP was also 117 /80 most of time +- 5 present.Do i need to go for any test or cardiologist for the same or its due to anxiety..most important i have fear of sleep.i am scared of sleep i feel if i sleep maybe not able to get up😔plz help🙏
