Acidity in the stomach and Deviated Nasal Septum are two different entities which have no relation to each other. Both of them need their own treatment. It is up to you to decide what you want to be treated first. My opinion is that Acidity in the stomach is going to need lifelong treatment. You have to live with it. Better get your Deviated Nasal Septum treated. That is one time treatment and then फुर्सत for life.

For acidity.. tak pan 40 in the morning with water in empty stomach. Deviated nasal septum.. might cause serious beathing problems... You need to do septoplasty from ent surgeon. For.. yawning sedentary lifestyle should be changed.. take proper rest.. do necessary  excersises.. and drink plenty of water. Circulation in your brain should be adequate.

Breathing problem is mainly because of your deviated nose. So treat it first. As for acidity you can take Pan D : 1 cap in empty stomach for 5 days and Gelusil MPS Liquid: 10 ml thrice daily after meal for 5 days along with that : Avoid Oily Spicy Smoked and Deep Fried Avoid Tea Coffee Dark Chocolate Pastries Red Meat etc Avoid Chillies Papad Pickles etc. Avoid Aerated Drinks Take plenty of fluids Regular exercise atleast for 30 minutes Regularise sleep for 6 hours Reduce stress and tension Headend elevation by 45° to avoid acid reflux. Don't skip meals and take frequent meals Don't sleep immediately after having food. Excessive yawning can be because of Vitamin D deficiency so take Uprise D3 60k cap once a week after meal for 8 weeks. Consult under Practo in case of emergency
