Breathing Issue & dry Cough Sometimes

Had High Heart Rate 1 1/2 Months Ago After That I was Having Acidity and Stomach issue for 7 Days then Everything Got Ok and I was Leading A Normal Life But Now Since More than 1 week I am Having Stomach Issue & Gastritis With Difficulty Breathing and Little bit cough In thorat and Nasal blockage comes and goes with Cough In Throat Also comes and Goes

You seem to be suffering from gastritis. Not to worry. Please get basic blood tests such as CBC, KFT, LFT, and stool microscopy done. Also a chest X Ray .
