Breathing difficulty, dry nose
I have had sinus problem for long, acute breathlessness while working out. Nose blocks. Have to take anti-allergic tablets even at slight allergies else breathing becomes a very big issue. At times I wake up at night brethless.

You might be suffering from allergic airway disorder which may require treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays along with steroid bronchodialator inhalers. There are no ways for permanent cure and physical exercises can be of some benefit
