  4. Breathing difficult. Anything serious. ?

Breathing difficult
All of a sudden I will have trouble in breathing. While I am asleep I get up and roam in room with difficult to breathe. It takes a while to calm down. I smoke and drink. I am thinking that is the problem. Is there anything serious. ?

Smoking might be a cause. Avoid alcohol and dmoking for 15 days and see how much relief i get.
