I am experiencing long breath problem at some intervals, but normal breathing is ok.I have undergone X-ray chest and it is written that " Hyperinflated lung fields noted", "bilateral hilar prominence noted" and also done ECG and it indicates " sinus tachycardia with Minor ST elevation in lead V1.So what am I supposed to do??

No need to worry, you have to do some next step of investigations for hilar prominance, hyperinflated lungs are normal findings, ecg changes r also normal.
