Can someone please explain how to differentiate panic attack and asthma attack Symptoms: palpitations, rapid short breath(urge to take long deep breath often) nervousness, fear, jerk

Asthama attack will have clinic signs of lung congestion and decrease oxygen on examination. Patient should be consulted to doctor in both cases. Please dont treat at home.

Asthmatic attack , one won't get any better without medication. ..to be simple. . And first attacks of asthma In middle age is little uncommon Panic attack ..they will be incident or thought provoking it...will be fine in few minutes...
