My 2months old baby latches only for 5-6minutes and nurses only on one side.. by the time i switch he falls asleep and then does not wake up. Im unable to change tge frequency of breastfeeding to every two hours so that i can nurse him on both the sides..
He becomes very fussy in the evening and demands frequent nursing and vomits curdled milk and also gets breathing problem while feeding (he has no blocked nose). This has happened thrice this week
Im concerned he is getting only the foremilk

You can meet up breast feeding counsellor for advice on positioning and advice on latching techniques.
Meanwhile if you are struggling to feed the baby on the other side, you can express your milk and give with Pallada.
If baby is feeding on one side completely, then she will be getting both fore milk and hind milk. You can monitor baby’s weight to see if baby is gaining weight well.
Vomiting of curdly milk can happen sometimes and it is normal. Burping the baby well may be helpful to reduce this.

Hello
Do not empty one side and switch to other side in between the feeding. After feeding you must ensure baby gets burp.
Otherwise baby will vomit and chances of regurgitation and aspirations to respiratory tract.
Apply healthy breast feeding practices..
