Hello, You should better consult your gynecologist and she will prescribe you cream to cure nipple soreness. Do not take any painkillers until and unless prescribed by your doctor.

Please contact your doctor. Express milk and do breast binding. Take tablets to stop the lactatation..don't feed again. Take pain killers also. However a visit to the gynaecologist is a must
